1. Who we are

AdTurbo is a trading name of Lucky Turbo Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales. Our registered office is in Manchester, United Kingdom. For the purposes of UK GDPR we are the data controller of any personal data you share with us through this site.

2. What we collect

When you submit our contact form we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your work email
  • Your company name
  • A monthly ad-spend range you select
  • Whatever you write in the message field

We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. We do not set marketing cookies. The only cookies we use are the strictly-necessary ones our hosting platform needs to serve the page.

3. Why we collect it

We use the information you give us for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry you initiated) or performance of a contractonce we’re engaged.

4. How long we keep it

If we don’t end up working together, we’ll delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we do work together, we’ll keep records for as long as the relationship lasts, plus six years to satisfy UK tax and contract-law requirements.

5. Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data. We don’t add you to a mailing list. We share information only with the suppliers we need to run our business. Currently the email and hosting providers our company uses, all UK or EU based, all under written data-processing agreements.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Ask what data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct anything that’s wrong
  • Ask us to delete your data
  • Object to how we’re using it
  • Complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office

7. Changes to this notice

If we change anything material, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use data you’ve already shared, we’ll email you first.
